On your bank or card statement, the payment may appear under 'VIKRAM SINGH SANDHU', 'Washout', or a Razorpay-related descriptor. All such entries against a valid Washout booking are legitimate.
7. Refunds
Refunds, when applicable as per our Refund Policy, are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay and are also initiated from the proprietor's settlement account.

By making a payment on this website, you acknowledge that the transaction is for a car cleaning service offered by Washout (a sole proprietorship of Vikram Singh Sandhu) and is governed by our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. All bookings are non-refundable by default; refunds are only issued in the limited cases described in our Refund Policy. Please review the booking details, selected service, date, time slot and address carefully before confirming payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Washout's liability for any payment-related issue is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific booking in question. Washout, its proprietor, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, the payment gateway, or the services rendered. Washout is not responsible for failed transactions, duplicate charges, network errors or delays caused by the payment gateway, the customer's bank, card issuer or internet service provider; in such cases the customer should contact their bank and Washout will assist in good faith with reconciliation through Razorpay.
