Terms & Conditions
1. Advance Booking
All bookings must be made in advance through the website.
2. Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after successful online payment.
3. Service Area
Washout currently serves Mohali, Chandigarh, and up to Kharar. Service availability depends on the exact location and slot availability.
4. Customer Requirements
The customer must provide: water supply if required, electricity connection, safe access to the car, correct address and location details, and parking/access space for service.
5. Water Tank
Washout may carry a water tank, but it may be empty or require filling from the customer's location.
6. Cleaning Time
External wash usually takes around 20 minutes. Interior cleaning may take 15 to 40 minutes depending on car condition.
7. Vehicle Condition
Cleaning results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle. Existing scratches, dents, paint damage, stains, or interior wear are not Washout's responsibility.
8. Missed Service
If the vehicle is unavailable, inaccessible, or customer details are incorrect, the booking may be rescheduled based on availability.
9. Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only if Washout cancels the booking from our side or if our team does not show up at all. If our team is running late and you have to leave before the wash can be done, we will reschedule at no extra cost — no cash refund is given. See the Refund Policy page for full details.
10. Pricing
Current pricing: External Wash Only ₹250 per car; Internal + External Wash ₹350 per car. Prices may be updated in future.
11. Liability
Washout is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, loose accessories, personal belongings left inside the car, or issues caused by lack of water/electricity access.
